Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick or any biscuit mix - 3 c
- sausage, seasoned, hot - 1 lb
- Cheddar cheese, grated, sharp - 1 1
How to make sausage-cheese balls:
Blend ingredients. Shape into 1-inch balls. Bake on ungreased cookie sheet at 350°, until golden brown, about 15 minutes. Drain.Can be frozen after baking. To cook, reheat at 300°.
