Ingredients/Components
- almonds - 1 pkg
- bell pepper - 1/2 c
- celery - 3/4 c
- cooked rice 1 c - 3 c
- dry chicken noodle soup mix - 1 pkg
- Owens hot sausage - 2 lb
- small to medium onions - 2 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Fry sausage and drain grease. Steam celery, onions and bell peppers, until tender in butter. Prepare soup mix by directions, using 2 1/2 cups water. Combine all ingredients. Put 1/2 almonds in casserole dish. Sprinkle other half package of almonds on top. Bake 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
