Ingredients/Components
- sour cream - 8 oz
- garlic salt to taste - 1 item
- Mozzarella cheese - 1 c
- bell pepper - 1/4 c
- macaroni uncooked - 1 c
- large can tomatoes - 1 item
- hot sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Fry sausage until brown and drain. Add pepper, macaroni, tomatoes and garlic salt. Let cook all together, covered, for about 30 minutes. Take off stove and pour into a 9 x 13-inch cake pan. Add cheese and sour cream. Mix up well. Sprinkle remaining cheese on top and bake at 350° for 30 minutes.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
