Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- soy sauce - 3 Tbsp
- ground beef - 1 lb
- slivered almonds - 1 pkg
- large onion, chopped - 1 item
- can water chestnuts - 1 oz
- sausage - 1 lb
- jar mushrooms - 8 oz
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown sausage, beef and onion. Drain. Cook rice. Mix and add to meat mixture. Add all ingredients, except for almonds. Mix well and add to 2-quart casserole. Put almonds on top. Cover and refrigerate overnight. Bake uncovered for 50 minutes at 325°Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
