Sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- onion, chopped - 1 item
- celery, chopped - 1/2 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1/2 item
- uncooked rice - 1/2 c
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- margarine - 2 Tbsp
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- 1/2 cans evaporated milk - 1 item
- poultry seasoning - 1 tsp
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown and drain sausage. Add onion, celery and pepper and cook until tender. Mix all ingredients in a casserole dish. Cover and bake in 350° oven for 40 minutes, stirring often. Uncover and cook 15 more minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
