- boiling water - 4 c
- stalks celery - 2 item
- bell pepper - 1 item
- onion - 1 item
- rice - 1/2 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- dry onion soup mix - 2 pkg
How to make sausage casserole:
Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Set aside. Cut up vegetables. In medium saucepan, combine vegetables, soup mix, rice and water. Boil for 7 minutes. Mix sausage with soup mixture. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° until bubbly.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
