  • boiling water - 4 c
  • stalks celery - 2 item
  • bell pepper - 1 item
  • onion - 1 item
  • rice - 1/2 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • dry onion soup mix - 2 pkg

How to make sausage casserole:

Cook sausage, crumble and drain. Set aside. Cut up vegetables. In medium saucepan, combine vegetables, soup mix, rice and water. Boil for 7 minutes. Mix sausage with soup mixture. Pour into 2-quart baking dish. Bake at 350° until bubbly.
