Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 6 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- mustard - 3/4 tsp
- grated Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- mild sausage - 1 lb
- pieces bread, toasted and cubed - 6 item
How to make sausage casserole:
Fry and drain sausage, keeping it broken up. Grease casserole. Mix bread and sausage on bottom of casserole. Beat and mix all other ingredients and pour on top of mixture. Let sit overnight. Bake at 350° for 45 minutes. Add grated cheese topping after first 15 minutes. This is good just served with fresh fruit and coffee.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
