Sausage casserole
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/3 c
- egg, beaten - 1 item
- 8 oz - 2 c
- biscuit mix - 1 c
- chopped onion - 1/2 c
- mayonnaise - 1/4 c
- sausage - 1 lb
- cans chopped green chilies, divided - 2 oz
How to make sausage casserole:
Combine biscuit mix, milk and 2 tablespoons mayonnaise. Stir well. Spread mixture in greased 13 x 9 x 2-inch baking dish. Set aside. Cook sausage and onion until browned. Drain. Layer sausage mixture over biscuit mixture. Combine egg, cheese, chilies and rest of mayonnaise. Spread over sausage mixture. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.
