Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 2 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- pepper - 1/8 tsp
- tomatoes
- raw rice - 1 c
- bulk sausage - 1 lb
- raw carrots, sliced - 1 c
- raw potatoes, sliced
- raw onions, sliced - 1 c
How to make sausage casserole:
Partially cook sausage and drain into 2-quart casserole. Put layers of potatoes, carrots, onions, sausage, rice and the tomatoes with the juice. Combine seasonings and sprinkle over top. Cover casserole. Bake in a moderate 350° for 1 1/2 to 2 houRecipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Pork.
