Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1 tsp
- eggs, beaten - 6 item
- pepper - 1/2 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- c milk - 1 item
- sharp grated cheese - 1 c
- slices wheat bread, torn up - 6 item
- regular or hot sausage, browned and drained well - 1 lb
How to make sausage casserole:
Brown sausage; drain. Add beaten eggs, cheese, milk, salt, mustard, pepper and bread. Beat with an eggbeater. Pour in casserole dish, cover and leave in refrigerator overnight.
