Sausage breakfast casserole
Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 5 item
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- margarine - 1 item
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- slices white bread - 6 item
- sausage - 1 lb
- shredded sharp cheese
How to make sausage breakfast casserole:
Cook sausage until done. Stir until crumbled. Drain. Set aside. Butter each slice of bread and cut in cubes. Place in 13 x 9-inch dish. Sprinkle with sausage. Top with cheese. Combine remaining ingredients and beat well. Pour over mixture. Chill at least 8 hours. Bake at 350° for 40 to 50 minutes.
