Ingredients/Components
- egg - 1 item
- chopped onion - 1 c
- grated Mozzarella - 1 c
- mild sausage - 1 lb
- grated Cheddar - 1 c
- thawed bread dough - 1 item
How to make sausage bread:
Cook sausage until brown; drain and cool. Add onion, Mozzarella, Cheddar and egg to sausage. Roll out thawed bread dough onto greased cookie sheet. Put meat mixture in center. Fold like envelope and seal ends. Flip over so seam is on bottom. Brush top with a beaten egg. Bake for 20 to 30 minutes at 350°.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sandwich, One Dish meal.
