Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/8 tsp
- brown sugar - 3/4 c
- egg - 1 item
- ketchup - 1/2 c
- seasoned bread crumbs - 1/2 c
- sausage any kind - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Mix the first 4 ingredients together; form into balls and brown in skillet. Drain. Heat on stove the brown sugar and ketchup. Mix well. Place cooked balls in sauce; let simmer slowly and serve with toothpicks. May be simmered in a crock-pot on low. Stir often to avoid burning.Recipe categories: Appetizers, High calcium, High in....
