Ingredients/Components
- Bisquick - 3 c
- grated sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- hot or medium sausage in roll - 1 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Cut cheese into Bisquick, then mix into sausage. Mix real well until it forms a ball. Pinch off 1-inch balls and roll real solid. Put on cookie sheet. Stick in freezer for 10 minutes to make more solid. Bake 10 minutes at 350°. Can freeze solid and keep in freezer until ready to use.
