Ingredients/Components

  • water - 3/4 c
  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • grated cheese - 1 lb
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • Tabasco sauce to taste - 1 item

How to make sausage balls:

Brown sausage until not pink. Drain well. Cool completely. Add all other ingredients and mix until well blended. Form into 1-inch balls. Place on cookie sheet and bake at 400° for 12 to 15 minutes. May be frozen.
