Sausage balls



  • flour - 1 item
  • Bisquick - 3 c
  • hot sausage - 1 lb
  • shredded extra sharp cheese - 1 c

How to make sausage balls:

Let cheese and sausage set at room temperature until soft enough to mix well. In large bowl, mix all 3 ingredients with hand as dough will be stiff. Chill slightly, then pinch off desired amount to make into ball (a little larger than marbles). Bake at 450° until brown. This mixture can be frozen.
