Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 12 oz
- margarine or butter - 8 oz
- paprika - 2 tsp
- sharp Cheddar cheese - 1 lb
- sausage - 2 lb
How to make sausage balls:
Form sausage into 100 (1-inch) balls and place on cookie sheet. Bake at 350° for 15 minutes. Drain on paper towels. Combine 1 pound sharp Cheddar cheese (softened or grated), margarine or butter, flour, salt and paprika. Wrap 2 tablespoons (No. 70 dipper) of dough around each sausage ball.
