Ingredients/Components
- chopped onion - 1 c
- chopped celery - 1 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- cloves garlic - 2 item
- cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
- chopped bell pepper - 1 item
- raw rice - 1 c
- sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and rice casserole:
In frying pan, brown sausage and drain. Wash rice and add to the sausage. Add soups and seasonings. Salt and pepper to taste. Pour in a casserole dish. Bake in preheated 350° oven for 1 to 1 1/2 hours, stirring occasionally.Recipe categories: Main dish, Casseroles, Comfort food.
