Sausage and rice casserole



  • medium onion - 1 item
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • celery - 1 c
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • rice cook before adding - 1 c

How to make sausage and rice casserole:

Chop onion and celery and cook until tender. Cook sausage until done. Drain off grease. Mix rice, cream of mushroom soup and cream of chicken soup together, then add to sausage mixture. Mix all together and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
