  • chopped onion - 1 c
  • chopped celery - 1 c
  • can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
  • green pepper, chopped - 1 item
  • cans cream of chicken soup - 2 item
  • sausage - 1 lb
  • rice uncooked - 1 c
  • garlic clove, chopped - 1 item

How to make sausage and rice casserole:

Brown sausage in pan and pour off grease. Add chopped onion, garlic, celery and green pepper to sausage and simmer until tender. Wash rice and add to mixture in baking dish. Stir in soups. Bake 1 1/2 hours at 350°. Stir occasionally. Serves 6.
