Sausage and noodle casserole
Ingredients/Components
- pkg - 1 oz
- water
- chopped onions - 1/2 c
- chopped green pepper - 1/4 c
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- can cream of chicken soup undiluted - 1 3/4
- bulk pork sausage - 1 lb
- canned French fried onion rings, crushed - 1/2 c
How to make sausage and noodle casserole:
Crumble sausage in large skillet; add onions and green pepper. Cook over medium heat until meat is browned and vegetables are tender, stirring occasionally. Drain well. Combine soup and water. Add meat mixture, noodles, salt and pepper. Mix well. Spoon mixture into greased 2 quart baking dish. Sprinkle with onion rings. Bake at 350° for 30 minutes or until bubbly.
