Sausage and egg puff
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- Bisquick - 1 c
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
- dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 6 item
- sausage, browned and drained * - 2 c
How to make sausage and egg puff:
Mix ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Uncover and bake at 350° in a 2-quart casserole for 1 hour, or until brown on top.This casserole is served at the Kintner House Bed and Breakfast Inn in Corydon, IN.
*Two cups diced ham may be substituted for the pork sausage.
