Ingredients/Components

  • milk - 2 c
  • Bisquick - 1 c
  • dry mustard - 1 tsp
  • shredded Cheddar cheese - 1 c
  • dried oregano leaves - 1 tsp
  • eggs, slightly beaten - 6 item
  • sausage, browned and drained * - 2 c

How to make sausage and egg puff:

Mix ingredients, cover and refrigerate. Uncover and bake at 350° in a 2-quart casserole for 1 hour, or until brown on top.

This casserole is served at the Kintner House Bed and Breakfast Inn in Corydon, IN.

*Two cups diced ham may be substituted for the pork sausage.
