Ingredients/Components
- milk - 2 c
- salt - 1 tsp
- dry mustard - 1 tsp
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- slices day old bread, crushed - 2 item
- roll sausage - 1 pkg
How to make sausage and egg casserole:
Brown sausage in skillet. Drain. Mix all ingredients together and pour into an 11 x 7 x 2-inch casserole dish at 350° for 45 minutes. Yields 6 to 8 servings.Recipe categories: Holiday, Breakfast, Casseroles.
