Sausage and cheese souffle
Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 2 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 1 tsp
- mustard - 1 tsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- eggs, slightly beaten - 5 item
- Swiss cheese, grated - 1 c
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1 c
- sausage, cooked and drained - 1 lb
- sliced mushrooms fresh - 1/2 c
- to 8 slices cubed white bread no crust - 6 item
How to make sausage and cheese souffle:
Lightly grease an oblong casserole dish. Place bread cubes in bottom of dish in a single layer. Sprinkle sausage and mushrooms on bread; top with cheeses. Combine eggs, half and half and spices.
