Sausage and cheese balls
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- Bisquick
- Cheddar cheese, grated - 1/2 lb
- hot sausage - 1 lb
How to make sausage and cheese balls:
Combine sausage and cheese, mixing well. Combine Bisquick and milk, blending thoroughly. Add to sausage mixture, mixing well. Chill for 30 minutes. Shape into small balls. Place on rack in broiler pan. Bake at 350° for 10 to 15 minutes, until brown.Recipe categories: Breakfast, Appetizers, Pork sausage.
