How to make sauerkraut surprise cake:
In large bowl, cream butter and sugar until light. Beat in eggs; add vanilla. Sift together flour, baking powder, soda, salt and cocoa powder. Add to cream mixture, alternating with water. Stir in sauerkraut. Pour into a floured 13 x 9 x 2-inch pan.Sour Cream Chocolate Frosting:1 (6 oz.) pkg. semi-sweet chocolate chips4 Tbsp. butter1/2 c. sour cream1 tsp. vanilla1/4 tsp. salt1 3/4 to 2 1/2 c. sifted confectioners sugar Over low heat, melt chocolate chips.
