Ingredients/Components
- vinegar - 2/3 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- water - 1/3 c
- sugar - 1 c
- green pepper, chopped - 1 item
- celery, diced - 1 c
- large onion, sliced in rings - 1 item
- sauerkraut - 3 c
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Blend first 4 ingredients first. Mix with sauerkraut. Add other ingredients and toss. Refrigerate overnight in container with tight cover. Stores 2 to 3 weeks. Run cold water over sauerkraut to remove salt. Drain good before using.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
