Sauerkraut salad

Ingredients/Components

• sugar
• salt - 1 tsp
• water - 1/4 c
• vinegar - 1/2 c
• salad oil - 1/4 c
• onion, chopped - 1 item
• green pepper, chopped - 1 item
• celery, chopped - 2 c
• pimento - 2 Tbsp
• can sauerkraut, drained - 1 item

How to make sauerkraut salad:

Combine sugar, water, salt, vinegar and salad oil. Let stand. Mix vegetables and add to liquid and refrigerate overnight.
