Sauerkraut salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- water - 1/2 c
- oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/2 c
- celery - 1 c
- green pepper - 1 item
- jar pimentos - 1 item
- large can kraut - 1 item
How to make sauerkraut salad:
Rinse kraut and drain. Chop vegetables and mix with kraut. Mix vinegar, oil, water and sugar. Pour over kraut and blend well. Chill at least overnight. Keeps well in refrigerator for several days.Recipe categories: < 15 mins, Salads, 3 steps or less.
