Ingredients/Components

  • brown sugar - 1/2 c
  • egg - 1 item
  • onion soup mix - 1 pkg
  • bread crumbs - 1 c
  • bottle ketchup - 1 oz
  • can whole berry cranberry sauce - 1 item
  • ground round steak - 2 lb
  • bottle water - 1 oz
  • can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed in water - 1 oz

How to make sauerkraut meatballs:

Mix and shape first 4 ingredients into 70 little balls. Put in single layer in large baking dish.

Mix next 5 ingredients in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
