Sauerkraut meatballs
Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 1/2 c
- egg - 1 item
- onion soup mix - 1 pkg
- bread crumbs - 1 c
- bottle ketchup - 1 oz
- can whole berry cranberry sauce - 1 item
- ground round steak - 2 lb
- bottle water - 1 oz
- can sauerkraut, drained and rinsed in water - 1 oz
How to make sauerkraut meatballs:
Mix and shape first 4 ingredients into 70 little balls. Put in single layer in large baking dish.Mix next 5 ingredients in saucepan and simmer 10 minutes. Pour over meatballs and bake at 350° for 1 hour.
