Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 Tbsp
- salt - 1 tsp
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- potatoes - 4 item
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- Mazola margarine - 1 Tbsp
- crumbled bacon or bacon bits - 1 Tbsp
How to make saucy skillet potatoes:
Cook potatoes, peel them and slice them. In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 or 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in mayonnaise, vinegar, sugar, salt and pepper. Add potatoes and cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil).
