Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- salt
- margarine or butter - 1 Tbsp
- cider vinegar - 1/3 c
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- chopped onions - 1 c
- mayonnaise - 1/2 c
- chopped parsley - 1 Tbsp
- cooked, crumbled bacon optional - 1 Tbsp
How to make saucy skillet potatoes:
In a large skillet, melt margarine over medium heat. Add onions; cook 2 to 3 minutes or until tender-crisp. Stir in the next five ingredients. Add potatoes; cook, stirring constantly, for 2 minutes or until hot (do not boil). Garnish with parsley and bacon. Makes four to six servings.Recipe categories: Side dish, Pork, Bacon.
