Ingredients/Components
- pork chops 1/2 to 3/4-inch thick - 6 item
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- can condensed cream of chicken soup - 1 1/2
- catsup - 1/4 c
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 3
How to make saucy pork chops:
In skillet, brown chops on both sides in small amount of hot fat; season with salt and pepper. Top chops with onion slices. Combine remaining ingredients; pour over chops. Cover; simmer 45 to 60 minutes, or until chops are done. Remove chops to warm platter. Spoon sauce over. Makes 6 servings.Recipe categories: Meat, German, Pork.
