Ingredients/Components
- Worcestershire sauce - 2 tsp
- catsup - 1/4 c
- medium onion, thinly sliced - 1 item
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- pork chops - 6 item
- can chicken soup - 1 1/2
How to make saucy pork chops:
Brown chops on both sides in skillet. Season with salt and pepper. Put onion slices on top of chops. Combine other ingredients and pour over chops. Cover and simmer 45 to 60 minutes or until done.Recipe categories: Meat, German, Pork.
