Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 c
- 5 Litre Merlot or Cabernet Savignon
- Gran Marnier Brandy - 3 (4
- large lemon, sliced thin - 1 item
- large orange, sliced thin - 1 item
- large apple, cut into thin sections - 1 item
How to make sangria:
Mix all ingredients in a large container, stir and let sit for 18 - 24 hours.When ready to drink, 18 - 24 hours later, add more sugar and brandy to taste.
It should be fairly strong, fairly sweet, almost syrupy.
Then, cut the mixture with Cheerwine 2 Litre or club soda or orange soda until it has a thinner more wine like consistency.
