Sand tarts



  • sugar
  • flour - 4 c
  • butter - 2 c
  • eggs, beaten - 2 item

How to make sand tarts:

Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and flour; mix well. Chill dough. Roll out thin. Brush cookie with egg whites. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top or top with crushed nuts. Cut into strips. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.
