Ingredients/Components
- sugar
- flour - 4 c
- butter - 2 c
- eggs, beaten - 2 item
How to make sand tarts:
Cream sugar and butter. Add eggs and flour; mix well. Chill dough. Roll out thin. Brush cookie with egg whites. Sprinkle sugar and cinnamon on top or top with crushed nuts. Cut into strips. Bake at 350° for 10 minutes.Recipe categories: Desserts, Cookie and brownie, Hand Formed cookies.
