Salted peanut crisps

- eggs - 2 item
- vanilla - 2 tsp
- packed brown sugar
- salt - 1 tsp
- flour - 3 c
- soda - 1/2 tsp
- salted peanuts - 2 c
- shortening part butter or margarine - 1 c
How to make salted peanut crisps:
Heat oven to 375° (quick moderate). Mix shortening, sugar, eggs and vanilla thoroughly. Measure flour. Blend together flour, soda and salt; stir in shortening mixture. Mix in peanuts. Drop rounded teaspoonfuls of dough about 2-inches apart on lightly greased baking sheet. Flatten with bottom of greased glass dipped in sugar.
