Salted peanut cookies

Ingredients/Components

• vanilla - 1 tsp
• flour - 2 c
• brown sugar - 1 c
• eggs, beaten - 2 item
• baking powder - 1 tsp
• baking soda - 1 tsp
• shortening - 1 c
• white sugar - 1 c
• quick cooking oatmeal - 1 c
• corn flakes, crushed - 1 c
• salted peanuts - 1 c

How to make salted peanut cookies:

Mix in order given; roll in balls, press down and sprinkle with sugar and bake. Bake at 400° for 8 to 10 minutes.
