Salsa pasta salad
Ingredients/Components
- sugar - 1 tsp
- vegetable oil - 1/2 c
- vinegar - 1/3 c
- lemon juice - 1/3 c
- garlic salt
- chili powder - 1 Tbsp
- small green pepper, diced - 1 item
- medium onions, chopped - 2 item
- coriander - 2 Tbsp
- medium tomatoes, diced - 6 item
- small red pepper, diced - 1 item
- can sliced olives, drained - 1 oz
- cans diced chili peppers - 2 oz
- shaped pasta - 1 lb
How to make salsa pasta salad:
Cook pasta according to package directions. In very large bowl mix pasta, tomatoes, onion, peppers and undrained chili peppers, olives and mix well.For dressing: In screw top jar mix oil, lemon juice, vinegar, coriander, chili powder, garlic salt, sugar and 1 teaspoon pepper. Cover; shake to mix. Toss gently until all ingredients are well coated. Chill, covered, up to 24 hours. Yields 18 to 20 servings.
