Salsa cruda
Ingredients/Components
- salt and pepper - 1 item
- sugar optional - 1/8 tsp
- peeled tomatoes - 2 c
- finely chopped sweet green pepper - 1/4 c
- finely chopped hot pepper - 1/4 c
- finely chopped scallions including tops - 1/2 c
- finely chopped cilantro optional - 2 tsp
How to make salsa cruda:
Chop each ingredient by hand. Mix all the ingredients together. Taste and adjust the seasonings. Let the salsa stand for at least 30 minutes. Stir well before serving. Makes 2 cups.Recipe categories: Sauces, Condiments, etc., Salsas.
