  • salt - 2 Tbsp
  • chopped onions - 4 c
  • cloves chopped garlic - 4 item
  • chopped bell peppers - 4 item
  • to 12 hot peppers - 10 item
  • tomatoes, quartered and peeled - 3 qt

How to make salsa:

Mix all ingredients together. Cook for 2 hours. Mix 1/2 cup cornstarch with water and stir in. Can up.
