  • cider vinegar - 1/2 c
  • onions, chopped - 5 item
  • green peppers, chopped - 5 item
  • to 30 tomatoes, peeled and chopped - 25 item
  • small buds garlic, minced - 10 item
  • to 10 jalapeno peppers, seeded except one - 5 item

How to make salsa:

Cook down to thicken (about 3 hours). Seal in sterile jars. Makes 6 to 8 pints.
