Ingredients/Components
- brown sugar - 2 Tbsp
- vinegar - 3 c
- garlic salt - 1 Tbsp
- salt and pepper to taste - 1 item
- large onions, chopped - 3 item
- Tabasco sauce - 2 Tbsp
- tomatoes - 4 qt
- bell peppers, chopped - 3 item
How to make salsa:
Combine all ingredients in heavy cooker. Cook on medium heat until desired thickness. Seal in hot sterilized pint jars or refrigerate. Yields 6 pints.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Sauces, Salsas.
