Ingredients/Components

  • large onion, chopped - 1 item
  • medium tomatoes, chopped - 2 item
  • large jar Pace picante sauce mild - 1 item
  • shredded Jack cheese mild - 1 c
  • small can chopped olives optional - 1 item

How to make salsa:

Mix all ingredients together. May be made ahead of time. Mix well before serving. Serve with taco chips or burritos.
