Ingredients/Components
- half and half - 12 oz
- salt to taste - 1 item
- peppercorns - 1 item
- chopped dill - 1 item
- bay leaves - 2 item
- cubed potatoes - 2 item
- green peas - 1 item
- large sliced onions - 2 item
- cubed carrots - 1 item
- to 3 heads salmon - 2 item
- chunk fresh salmon meat - 1 item
How to make salmon soup:
Place first 6 ingredients in large kettle. Add water to cover. Bring to boil. Skim foam. Reduce to simmer and cook approximately 1/2 hour until fish is very tender.
