Salmon souffle
Ingredients/Components
- salt - 1/4 tsp
- skim milk - 1/2 c
- large egg white - 1 item
- can salmon - 1 oz
- slice bread - 1 item
How to make salmon souffle:
Preheat oven to 350°. Pan spray small casserole. Rinse and drain salmon. Remove bones. Heat milk and crumble bread into it. Stir. Stir in salt and salmon. Beat egg white until stiff; fold into salmon mixture. Pour into casserole and bake 30 minutes. Serves 4.Recipe categories: Main dish, Saltwater fish, Salmon.
