Salmon souffle
Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- butter - 1 Tbsp
- lemon juice
- egg yolk - 1 item
- pepper - 1/4 tsp
- minced onion - 1 tsp
- slices bread, crumbled - 2 item
- egg white, beaten stiff - 1 item
- pink salmon 1 lb - 2 c
How to make salmon souffle:
Melt butter in saucepan. Remove from heat; add milk and crumbs. Mix well. Stir in salmon, egg yolks, lemon juice, onion, salt and pepper. Fold in stiff egg white. Pour into greased 1 quart casserole.
