Ingredients/Components
- eggs - 2 item
- salt - 1/2 tsp
- flour - 1/2 c
- soda - 1/4 tsp
- buttermilk - 1/2 c
- canned salmon, drained
How to make salmon puffs:
Blend all ingredients; drop mixture by spoonfuls into hot oil (375°). They will brown in about 1 minute. Drain and serve with tartar sauce.Recipe categories: Appetizers, Main dish, Salmon.
