Ingredients/Components
- milk - 1/2 c
- butter - 2 Tbsp
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- minced parsley - 1 Tbsp
- can mushroom soup - 1 item
- medium can salmon - 1 item
How to make salmon puff:
Combine eggs, milk and soup in bowl; mix well. Blend in remaining ingredients. Place in buttered casserole dish. Bake at 350° for 45 to 50 minutes. Yields 6 servings.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Casseroles.
