Salmon puff
Ingredients/Components
- eggs, lightly beaten - 4 item
- milk - 1/2 c
- can cream of mushroom soup - 1 item
- can salmon, drained and flaked - 1 item
- soft bread crumbs - 2 c
- parsley, minced - 1 Tbsp
- small onion, minced - 1 item
- butter or margarine, melted - 2 Tbsp
- lemon juice - 1/2 tsp
How to make salmon puff:
In large bowl, mix eggs, milk and soup. Stir in remaining ingredients. Pour in 10 x 6 x 2-inch baking dish. Bake at 350° for 50 to 55 minutes or until mixture appears set. Let stand 5 minutes before serving.Recipe categories: Lunch/snacks, Breakfast, Casseroles.
